Drop files here or Browse

Drag and drop works here too.

One non-encrypted PDF up to 100 MB and 1,000 pages.

Without the duplicate option the new order must list every page exactly once — nothing added, nothing lost. Drag rows or use the arrows; both keep the same list. Encrypted files are refused outright: this tool never asks for or bypasses a password. Nothing is uploaded; the original file is never changed.

No reorder yet.

Choose a PDF to arrange its pages.

Reorder PDF Pages rearranges a document by dragging pages or moving them with buttons, and by default it insists that every page appears exactly once. That constraint is the point: a reorder that quietly loses a page is worse than one that refuses, so nothing can be added or dropped without an explicit duplicate option, and choosing it is a deliberate act rather than a side effect. The result is a new file in the order you arranged, with the original untouched. It is the tool for moving a signature page to the front of a contract, for putting a cover sheet where it belongs, for reversing a scan that came out backwards, and for assembling an exhibit list in the order the argument needs rather than the order the scanner produced. One non-encrypted PDF per run, up to a hundred megabytes and a thousand pages, all processed in your browser.

How to use Reorder PDF Pages

  1. Drop one PDF and read its page list with sizes.
  2. Drag rows or use the arrows until the order reads the way you want.
  3. Rebuild and download the reordered document.

What you get

  • A new PDF in the order you arranged, by drag or by the move buttons.
  • A check that every page appears exactly once by default, refusing anything added or lost.
  • An explicit duplicate option when you really do want repeats or omissions.

When to use Reorder PDF Pages

  • Move the signed page of a contract to the front before sending it on.
  • Sort scanned pages that landed in the wrong sequence.
  • Build a custom reading order from a long manual without touching the original.
  • Move a signed page to the front of a contract so it is the first thing the recipient sees.

Frequently asked questions about Reorder PDF Pages

How do I know no page was lost?

The default rule requires every page exactly once, and the order is validated before anything builds. Enable the duplicate option only when repeats are intentional.

What does the duplicate option allow?

With it ticked, pages may repeat or be left out — for excerpts and repeated divider pages. Unticked, any repeat or omission is refused with its position named.

Is dragging the only way to reorder?

No. Every row has earlier and later buttons that do exactly what dragging does, so keyboard users get the same list.

Is anything uploaded?

Nothing. Loading, reordering, and encoding run in your browser — in a background worker when one is available — and bytes are released on clear.
